Position Summary
Why Its a Great Opportunity:In this temporary role you will support the Maintenance and Operations Divisions efforts in administrative functions such as customer service multiline phone system data entry administrative requests along with other office functions. Your efforts will be critical to supporting those doing their best work for the County and its communities.

The ideal candidates will have intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel and Outlook). The desire to provide excellent customer service through good communication will ensure your success.
Your Future in this Role:This position will assist the Division in front line customer service and general administrative task support.
Core Daily Responsibilities:
- Perform receptionist and general office duties; respond to routine inquiries by telephone or persontoperson.
- Data Entry
- Assist with administrative projects.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- A resume and cover letter are required for this position.
- One year of general clerical work experience.
- Additional education or related experience may substitute for the recruiting requirements.
