Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Title: Virtual Assistant USA

Location: United States (Remote)

Overview:

CityGreen Services is a growing company in the landscape services industry and we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team. The Virtual Assistant will work closely with the CityGreen Services team to support various administrative tasks and help facilitate efficient operations. The ideal candidate for this role will be highly organized detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills. This is a remote position allowing for a flexible work schedule.

Pay: $29.34 - $31.67 per hour

Responsibilities:


- Manage and maintain calendars appointments and travel arrangements for the CityGreen Services team

- Organize and maintain digital documents and files

- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner

- Assist with creating and maintaining reports spreadsheets and other documents

- Coordinate and schedule meetings conferences and other events

- Complete data entry and manage databases

- Prepare and distribute correspondence such as emails memos letters and other documents as needed

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and handle inquiries and concerns

- Conduct research and gather information for various projects and presentations

- Assist with social media management and marketing tasks as needed


Qualifications:


- Previous experience in a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role preferred

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Knowledge of social media platforms and basic marketing skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience with data entry and database management

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

- Reliable internet connection and capable of working remotely
