Job Description
Responsibilities:
Verify counts on all outbound shipping deliveries
Execute VAS packing instructions based on the customer and delivery notes for all customers
Pack all deliveries including Parts and Service orders
Organize work area to prep for workload
Assist with scanning deliveries into the shipping department
Report daily productivity to management on log provided
Deliver and load cartons into trucks for carrier pickups
Handle product and packages with care
Assist International Shipping Operations with packing as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position in a distribution/warehouse setting helpful
Basic English communication skills to communicate with coworkers and managers helpful
Organized and detailoriented with a high focus on accuracy and quality
Ability and willingness to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changes in procedures and shifting priorities
A team player mentality able to work collaborative with a diverse group of people
Basic math skills to verify counts
Position requires prolonged standing or sitting and use of both hands and arms to pack/manipulate/move/carry/ lift packages and product
Ability to stand bend squat reach above shoulder level and lift/push/pull as needed up to 50 pounds
Ability to work additional hours when required is a MUST (evenings and weekends if necessary)
Ability and willingness to assist other departments as required by the business
