Project fulfilment:
- Ensure that all new projects are understood and actioned timeously
- Escalate any issues and recommend resolutions
- Attend all meetings relevant to each requirement. Accurate feedback to be given
- Project updates to be given outlining all information
- New hardware integration
- New site onboarding
Reporting:
- Ensure billing is accurately completed within given time frames
- Liaise with all necessary parties to ensure that the correct information is collated and approved according to agreed contractual information
- Ensure seniors are keep abreast of all errors and corrections made
- All crime related incidents where cash is affected must be reported and platforms completed to successfully retain
- All working platforms are amended and updated to ensure accurate processing and billing
Quality Assurance:
- Monitoring the performance of all sites and ensuring optimal uptime
- Ensure that all long outstanding sites are resolved by implementing processes to correct poor performance
- Identify and implement ongoing training to support the Cash Operations team including 3rd party interventions
- Maintaining performance standards
- Inactive ATM management
- Identifying improvements in current Cash Operational processes
