DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY
- The Opportunity to Order (O2O) Process Manager is responsible for designing optimizing and automating the workstream workflows ensuring that the O2C process supports efficiency scalability and customization for a complex global customer base. This role involves detailed process mapping AI functionalities implementation of process improvements across the value stream. The Process Manager will also coordinate the formalization and documentation of a global and comprehensive Operating Model.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement with Global Process Leaders and Regional Process Leaders Workstream strategy ensuring alignment between Strategy and Optimization / Transformation project.
- Actively participate in process standardization optimization and automation considering when required AI process enhancement element.
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope timelines resource requirements and deliverables. Execute projects with business partners (Global and Regional Process Leaders SME) according to established plans ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress addressing concerns and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle and supporting actively the VOS workstream governance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively addressing issues to prevent delays or roadblocks. Implement contingency plans as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Establish key performance metrics and conduct regular assessments to ensure target outcomes are met.
- Formalize and document the workstream Operating Models (Policies Processes including mapping and roles & responsibilities Metrics System alignment).
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within project teams seeking feedback and implementing lessons learned to enhance project management processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent of 5-7 years experience.
- Six Sigma / Lean certifications / PMP or any other Project Management certification.
- Smartsheet / Power BI experience.
- Proven experience in project management preferably in process improvement or organizational development projects.
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills utilizing data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills conveying complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to create and manage comprehensive documentation systems.
- Demonstrated project management skills planning executing and overseeing projects from conception to completion.
- Experience leading change management initiatives guiding teams through transitions.
- Proven leadership skills motivating and guiding cross-functional teams toward common goals.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
