Job Description
The Patient Access Representative I will perform a variety of clerical and reception duties involved in maintaining patient medical records checking patients in/out for appointments scheduling appointments obtaining new patient and insurance information verifying insurance answering phones and other clerical duties as assigned.
- High school graduation or equivalent required.
- 1 years of experience front desk/patient access experience preferred.
- 1 years of experience in a clinic setting preferred.
- EMR/computer experience preferred.
- Dental terminology preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
