About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a resultsoriented SDR Manager who is ready to change the game! Leading a team of 810 SDRs you are responsible for driving pipeline generation for our Corporate Sales teams. You thrive on inperson collaboration a strong office culture and crossfunctional teaming. Your passion for onboarding and mentoring SDRs will develop the future bench for our sales leaders. If you enjoy a fastpaced environment and managing SDRs who support high volume sales this challenge is for you!

This role is hybrid and is expected to work from the office three times a week with our SDR teams. This requires you to be within commuting distance of our Sunnyvale CA office.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead a team to overachieve targets and deliver highquality pipeline.

  • Manage SDRs to execute on weekly campaigns callout days and KPIs including daily metrics forecasting and pipeline management.

  • Engage with SDRs and managers sharing best practices in outbound prospecting techniques including phone email social outreach and use of intent data.

  • Partner with Regional Directors and Sales Managers on territory development.

  • Attract hire and develop worldclass SDR talent

  • Coach mentor and motivate to ensure a successful sales development team is in place and understands the role they play in generating revenue for the company.

  • Provide analysis and insights on pipeline creation lead quality and team performance to SDR and sales leadership.

  • Collaborate with SDR stakeholders to ensure the team is supported to achieve goals i.e.) marketing operations enablement etc.

  • Serve as a bench to the Corporate Sales teams by coaching & mentoring SDRs; and ensuring timely participation in SDR Readiness and Sales Readiness programs.

What Youll Need:

  • At least 2 years experience as a team lead or SDR manager

  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding pipeline targets and KPIs..

  • Strong EQ skills practicing activelistening and empathy.

  • Experience with Salesforce Outreach LinkedIn 6Sense and sales dashboards (Tableau etc.)

  • Passion for coaching your SDRs to higher performance.

  • Organized with problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Possess a growthmindset: fast learner motivated and driven

  • Understands the cybersecurity landscape.

  • 1 year of closing experience for a technology company is a plus!

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $74000 $130000 per year variable/incentive compensation equity benefits.
