FIELD QUALITY INVESTIGATOR
LOCATION: LAMONT

Identify quality trends to proactively mitigate quality issues. Conduct other tasks as directed by Farm Food Safety Manager Organic Vegetables. What you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Word PowerPoint and Excel.
- Live in Kern County area and work in the Coachella area for 3 days per week for approximately four months out of the year during entire winter harvest season. (Housing or housing allowance is provided by the company at Coachella). No vacation (PTO) will be allowed during this time and excessive unexcused absences will result in either end of assignment or transfer back to Lamont.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Ability to speak read and write in English.
- A valid drivers license with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass preplacement drug/alcohol screen physical and functional capacity evaluation.

- Experience with evaluating quality.
- Experience in critical thinking practicing scientific methods and inspection activities.
- Ability to be responsive and communicate effectively (verbally and written).
Benefits
Total Rewards: $20.00 $23.00 / HOUR
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.
