SUMMARY: The Electronic and Instrumentation Technician performs total maintenance and repair for the dairy manufacturing facility. This role includes maintaining troubleshooting and repairing electrical electronic pneumatic hydraulic and mechanical systems with a strong focus on instrumentation and automation. The technician will also function as a maintenance technician ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing downtime.

- Monitor maintain and repair boilers pumps compressors filters tanks and equipment in the machine rooms and production floor.
- Maintain and repair all electrical pneumatic hydraulic and mechanical systems and associated components.
- Maintain and repair all pasteurizing equipment.
- Maintain and repair automated conveyors case handling filing and packaging equipment.
- Maintain and repair blow molding equipment.
- Maintain and repair all high and lowpressure plumbing piping and vacuum systems.
- Fabricate and build necessary components as required.
- Troubleshoot to the component level for the abovementioned equipment reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Install calibrate and maintain electronic instrumentation PLCs and control systems.
- Program and troubleshoot PLCbased automation systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements related to electronic and instrumentation systems.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree or technical diploma in Electronics Instrumentation Industrial Automation Electrical Engineering Technology or a related field.
- Bachelors degree is a plus but not required.
- Minimum of eight years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role with a focus on electrical systems instrumentation or automation.
- Relevant technical certifications preferred such as PLC programming electrical safety or refrigeration handling.
- OSHA safety certification is preferred.
