Warehouse Operator Campbellsville KY
POTENTIAL TASKS
Assist with all operations
Record product codes and lot numbers
Operate forklift drive trucks and other equipment on property
Stack bags efficiently and safely
Pick orders load and unload product
Assess inventory to ensure proper delivery to customers
Load bulk feed on trailers.
Blend ingredients to make finished feed.
Operate skid steer.
Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS To be considered for an opportunity candidates must meet the following criteria:
Commitment to ADMs goal of achieving a zero injury culture and understand/follow company safety procedures Exhibit consistent prompt attendance
Able to meet physical requirements of the position including but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting working in confined spaces and from heights bending kneeling climbing stairs and ladders working in a variety of conditions (heat cold dust etc.) lift up to 55 lbs. unassisted shovel material and operate a vacuum Possess a valid drivers license and have access to reliable transportation
Have experience driving a forklift
Possess strong math aptitude and be familiar with basic computer skills
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude at all times.
SCHEDULE
This is an hourly position Monday through Friday (and possibly occasional weekends) if needed.
Demonstrate initiative to work independently on given assignments while remaining flexible enough to work within a team setting.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT
Candidate will provide their own steeltoed safety boots.
All other PPE will be provided by the plant.
ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried nonexempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired employees will be in an atwill position and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
The pay for this position is expected to be:
