Education Qualifications
- Pharmacy Required Meets educational requirements established in the state of practice
- Graduate of accredited Pharmacy program; eligible for Pharmacist licensure in state of practice.
- Residency preferred.
- Licensed Pharmacist in the state of practice Required or eligible for license.
- Board Certification preferred.

Pay Range:
$52.50 $77.18A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.
