On behalf of our confidential client we are recruiting a Pharmacist Partner to join and co-own a well-established community pharmacy in Scarborough Ontario. Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care & Dispensing Accurately dispense prescriptions and provide expert pharmaceutical care in compliance with all regulations.
- Clinical Services Offer medication reviews immunizations and health consultations to support patient wellness.
- Business Operations Oversee daily operations inventory control and staff performance.
- Community Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with patients healthcare providers and local organizations.
- Regulatory Compliance Ensure adherence to Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) standards and applicable laws.
- Business Development Identify and implement strategies to expand services grow revenue and enhance customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
- Minimum 3 years retail pharmacy experience (ownership or management experience an asset).
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in partnership and equity ownership.
- Commitment to professional ethics and exceptional patient care.
Preferred Assets
- Experience in pharmacy ownership partnership or senior management.
- Understanding of pharmacy business operations marketing and financial management.
- Proficiency with pharmacy management software and inventory systems.
