Nonbillable Hours: 4 hours
Clinicians MUST list prior work history on their resume
MN DHS Net Study & Fingerprinting is required for ALL patient-facing positions
Client has a strict compliance deadline of 4 pm on the Wednesday before start - there will be no exceptions.

**ALL RTO requests must be included at the time of submittal; the client may not honor RTO requests after submittal

The Pharmacist performs clinical pharmacy functions including customer monitoring and consulting with other clinical staff. Reviews medication orders for appropriateness dosing frequency potential interactions and possible allergic reactions. Oversees the dispensing of medications and intravenous solutions by pharmacy technicians.

Performs kinetic drug dosing
Consults with medical and nursing staff
Participates in medication reconciliation
Oversees medication dispensing by support personnel
Accepts other duties as assigned to promote the accomplishment of organizational goals.

Submission Requirements

Outpatient Pharmacy or Retail Pharmacy Experience - Required
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. - Required
Licensed by MN State Board of Pharmacy - Required
Proficiency in Epic Willow -Preferred
