Join Davis Behavioral Health in the vibrant Davis County Utah as a FullTime Case Manager/SSW in the Substance Use Recovery Support program. This onsite position allows you to directly influence the lives of individuals on their recovery journeys making a meaningful impact every day. Compensation for this role is competitive: earn $25.50 per hour for candidates with an active SSW license $21.50 per hour for those holding a bachelors degree without professional licensure and $19.00 per hour for candidates without a bachelors degree.

What would you do as a Case Manager/SSW Substance Use Recovery Support

Join the Recovery Support Program at Davis Behavioral Health dedicated to facilitating a transformative journey for Davis County residents struggling with substance use issues. As a Case Manager you will play a vital role in guiding clients through all levels of care offered at DBH including case management personal recovery coaching and peer support. Your work will focus on engaging with clients in an outpatient capacity particularly those connected to our Medication Assisted Therapy clinic. Through both group and individual sessions you will link clients to essential community resources helping them build a sustainable lifestyle of recovery.

Flexibility is key as this position requires availability for 12 evenings per week allowing you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those seeking support in their recovery journey.

Would you be a great Case Manager/SSW Substance Use Recovery Support

To excel as a Case Manager on the Recovery Support team at Davis Behavioral Health candidates must possess a deep understanding of recovery principles.

Preference may be given for individuals who have their own lived experience under the following guidelines: must have a minimum of sustained recovery (25 years) with a preference for those in stable recovery (5 years) ensuring they can empathize with clients on their journey. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for effectively engaging with clients and facilitating group sessions.

Familiarity with case management tools and community resource navigation will enhance your ability to coordinate care. Additionally the ability to recognize and address lifeinterfering instancessuch as hospitalization or disruptions in daily activitieswill empower you to provide tailored support. A commitment to maintaining a professional demeanor integrity and a customercentric approach will further contribute to success in this vital communityoriented role.

DBH Criminal Background Check & Drug Screening Disclaimer


Davis Behavioral Health is a drugfree workplace and requires all employees to successfully pass a preemployment drug screening. DBH will not hire individuals currently using illegal drugs or abusing alcohol; therefore making employment at DBH conditional upon successfully passing preemployment drug screening by providing a valid sample. Candidates who are offered employment are required to report for a drug screen at an Intermountain WorkMed location within 24 hours of being requested to do so by the DBH Human Resources Department.


Davis Behavioral Health works with Federal grants and must comply with the Federal drug laws including no use of medical marijuana.


Further all employees at DBH must successfully pass a preemployment criminal background check as part of DBHs licensing agreement with the State of Utah. Failure to pass either screening will result in the termination of any job offer submitted and/or employment for any individual who has started employment while the criminal background screening is in process. Pending and/or open charges will likely impact a candidates ability to pass the preemployment criminal background screening.
