Job Description
The Girls Varsity Basketball coachis responsible forcoachingstudentathletes in game strategies and techniques to prepare them for competitive athletic competition. The successful candidate will be able to promote the sport within the community motivate studentathletes to develop an appreciation of the sport and improve their performance. The head coach is expected to be at all practices and games and is to be fully committed to developing Gardner studentathletes academically and athletically. The head coach must fulfill Gardner District and MIAA certification policies.
