You will guide empower and inspire team members to enhance their emotional resilience personal development and workplace satisfaction. This role blends coaching program facilitation and proactive support to nurture a positive high-performance work culture.
Deliver tools and techniques to help staff strengthen emotional intelligence and manage stress effectively
Facilitate and take part in wellbeing components of new hire onboarding and ongoing employee training
Proactively approach team members to offer coaching sessions or encourage participation in group programs
Design and lead educational workshops outreach initiatives and team-building sessions tailored to project and department goals
Create actionable wellbeing strategies to support team engagement and satisfaction
Oversee wellness-related projects assigned by the Wellbeing Team Manager
Track and evaluate employee participation and progress maintaining relevant reports
Model ethical behaviour professionalism and positive communication across the workplace
Provide individual coaching sessions on a weekly basis for team members
Organize and run monthly group wellbeing check-ins across the wider employee base
Attend required internal training and remain up to date with company processes and safety guidelines
Follow internal HR policies and workplace standards at all times
Fluent English speaker (minimum C1 level in written and verbal communication)
Ideally 3 years of experience in a role involving direct client user or patient support
Hold a Psychology degree along with appropriate accreditation from relevant professional authorities
Confident handling conflict resolution and managing high-stress or crisis scenarios
Tech-savvy and comfortable using everyday office software tools
Strong interpersonal abilities particularly in active listening and empathetic communication
Discreet trustworthy and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality
Comfortable working autonomously while actively contributing to a team dynamic
Adaptable and resilient in fast-moving people-oriented environments
Must be available to work fully on-site five days a week
