Summary
We are looking for a Head of IFF Projects and Bids (f/m/d) for the ATC/IFF (Air Traffic Control / Identification Friend Foe) area at the Taufkirchen site as soon as possible.The ATC/IFF Business Unit is responsible for product development bid preparation and project management in the ATC and IFF area.
Your Tasks
Management of the program organization IFF Project and Bids (HABT)
Management of assigned employees in the roles of project manager and bid manager
Resource/utilization planning
Proactive risk management and claim & waiver management
Full management responsibility for assigned campaigns and client projects
Development and implementation of program and product strategies with the involvement of affected organizational units both internally and externally
Close liaison with IFF Products (HABI) to align IFF market requirements and product performance.
Ensuring all program targets are met in particular financial targets (order intake sales cash) and the companys obligations to customers
Supporting the relevant sales activities for the assigned campaigns
Maintaining and developing strategic customer relationships
Your Profile
Degree in engineering electrical engineering communications engineering industrial engineering or similar
Many years of experience in project management and / or bid management (PMP certification according to PMI advantageous)
Experience with German and international procurement authorities and users
Willingness to gain technical understanding of the product
Ability for appreciative integrative team leadership involvement of all departments involved and assertiveness
Structured analytical and flexible way of working with a willingness to learn continuously
Ability to act strategically in a complex environment
Business fluent in German and English
