Collison Network Manager

Join the FCSD Collision Team and impact transformational ownership experiences while being a critical driver of enterprise revenue and profit. In this position provide leadership innovation planning execution and an expansion of the Ford Certified Collision & Glass Network partnerships to drive incremental parts revenue gains while supporting vehicle owners with collision and glass repair across Ford PRO Model e and Ford Blue.

Ensure the central vision of delivering quality and safe collision repairs for all our owners remains the north star.

This position is a hybrid role located in Dearborn MI



Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Lead the Ford Certified Collision & Glass Network daytoday and network growth activities including MSO (MultiShop Operator) expansion to generate incremental collision parts growth.
  • Lead in supporting Industry partner ICAR with the development and creation of the future of certified collision repair technical training and communications plans with the repair market.
  • Lead all collision consumer marketing activities in collaboration with GTB/VML.
  • Manage Collision Growth Specialists (Feet on the Street) CPWD (Certified Parts Wholesaling Dealers) Coaching Initiative.
  • Support Collision Operations Manager with repair partner FCCNFCGN (Ford Certified Collision and Glass Network) initiatives including meetings conferences speaking engagements and industry tradeshow events.
  • Support Collision likeminded partners identify new prospects for engagement and build relationships to support expansion of our Ford Certified Collision & Glass Network and parts growth initiatives.
  • Utilize and manage Collision Data Analytics support to develop and create programs to promote certified collision network collision parts sales growth (and network expansion).
  • Develop and manage priority action plans with and certified collision network internal and external partners to execute program performance deliver results on strategic initiatives and track key data points to hold partners and teams accountable for shared objectives.
  • Engage the market:
    • Support Delivery of the Ford Collision Roundtable (Inner Oval) Meetings to connect a small group of Repairers Dealers Ford Employees and Market Training and Talent Acquisition partners to better understand industry trends and growth opportunities.
    • Consistent engagement 1:1 with Dealers Field Staff and FCCN Collision Repairers (pulse of the market)
    • Travel to strategic partners and host local workshopping and problem solving sessions
    • Expand our influence by thinking strategically moving quickly failing fast pivoting and engaging help and support
    • Support key industry events tradeshows and conferences (quarterly)
  • Manage annual supplier purchase order process monthly/quarterly Ariba invoicing and payment processes and budget negotiation and management.
  • Lead and execute the Ford Operating System within the role Daily and Weekly Action planning checkins Realtime problem solving to triage and address market challenges Weekly Management reviews on business performance and monthly alignment to the Department Bowler and Escalation/Help Needed forums.
  • Move fast lead by example and demonstrate a Bias for Action a CanDo approach and a willingness to be curious and creative to grow the business.
  • Cultivate and prioritize a culture of inclusivity belonging teamwork positive mindset and resilience.


Qualifications

Youll have:

  • Bachelors Degree preferably in Business Administration.
  • Ford Customer Service Division Experience or After Market Sales experience required.
  • Field and Dealer contact experience required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and work independently to prioritize deliverables.
  • Able to develop work and lead in technology innovation for white space initiatives.
  • Strategic thinking and process orientated required.
  • Ability to simplify complex issues develop a compelling point of view and persuasively make a case for change that leads to action.
  • Strong communications skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and externally with executive leadership employees at major companies is required
  • Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills required taking complicated subjects and developing easy to understand workflows project plans with dates and financial impact analysis.
  • Word Excel and PowerPoint proficiency are required
  • Ability to work with cross functional team (SEO Marketing Finance and PS&L)
  • Ability to understand business cases develop financial impact and cost analysis for making strategic choices
