Job Description
This position requires an active Secretclearance.
Delivers IM/IT training sustainment and help desk support for deployed systems ensuring continuity and operational readiness.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Information Manager: Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical Dental Vision 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Information Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct IM/IT training and support for field teams
- Ensure system functionality and continuity
- Support field help desk operations and troubleshooting
- Assist with sustainment efforts in austere environments
- Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned
Information Manager Experience Education Skills Abilities requested:
- 5 years of experience (degree may substitute in part)
- Security CE preferred; ITIL or Health IT certification preferred
- Experience with deployed medical IT systems and AF readiness operations
- Strong user support and sustainment background
- Must pass preemployment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
