Job Description

HR Operations Supervisor Decatur IL
This is a fulltime exempt position.

We are currently seeking a HR Operations Supervisor to join our team: someone with a passion to lead team members for sustained individual and team performance while driving service delivery innovation.
The position is responsible for leading a team of Tier 1 HR representatives handling employee and manager inquiries as well as Tier 2 specialists managing workforce administration across our US and Canada operations. This role is vital to running the daytoday operation of the team and identifying developing and implementing process improvements that result in greater efficiency effectiveness and overall experience of our 16000 employees and people managers. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage concurrent projects and tasks in a fastpaced and rapidly evolving environment. They will be an HR process service delivery and data expert who is able to lead and coach a team as well as respond to escalated issues. .

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the HR operations Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams by providing daytoday handson guidance to execute endtoend HR processes.
  • Ensure compliance through proper documentation to align with internal and external audit requirements.
  • A commitment to confidentiality and operational excellence with a focus on the customer service.
  • Set objectives goals and KPIs for the HR Operations team while tracking progress.
  • Work closely with HR Director to align on HR priorities focus on strategic objectives while remaining flexible on delivery.
  • Advance the team through innovation and creativity in the future through new initiatives and work direction.
  • Set priorities and overall guidance on work volume.
  • Responsible to champion and drive the implementation of HR programs initiatives and tools.
Job Requirements:
  • BA/BS in Business Human Resources or related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3 or more years experience in HR operations or shared services role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships with peers HR Business Partners and business leaders.
  • Expertise in use of SuccessFactors Workday or a similar global HCM system including experience of performing system and user acceptance testing required
  • Knowledge and understanding of SuccessFactors overall concept of Foundational Data Org Structure etc with the ability to understand root cause of data issues.
  • Prior work with SAPs HR modules to assist with future product implementations.
  • Functional and technical skill set for different technologies e.g. SAP HR/ SuccessFactors/ Taleo etc.
  • Able to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Experience in developing a diverse team address people issues and create/maintain positive team relationships.
  • Excellent customer service skills required along with maintaining this priority across the team.
  • Experience in vendor relationship management preferred
  • Ability to identify and implement process and technology improvements while ensuring US and Canadian compliance requirements are met.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried nonexempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
