What Youll Do
As a Customer Service Representative your responsibilities will include:

Managing supplier invoices using internal systems

Assisting suppliers with invoicerelated questions

Handling inbound and outbound communication via phone and email

Assessing when to escalate matters

Connecting suppliers with clients when needed
Who You Are
This role is a great fit if you:

Are fluent in Romanian (written and oral) and have a B2 level of English

Bring strong analytical and problemsolving abilities

Are proficient in Excel and communicate effectively

Can work independently and manage tasks endtoend
