Ensuring statutory obligations are adhered to and budgets achieve value for money this role requires experience in the integration of services to deliver best value and positive outcomes for the wider Thurrock community.

Your leadership skills should be your main attribute with the ability to build teams which are inclusive for everyone.
You will be part of the extended Leadership Team within the Council working closely with portfolio holders and partners across the region in support of the smooth transition through the process of Devolution and Local Government Reorganisation and to continue to deliver high quality services with an emphasis on working together to build a better future for the residents of Thurrock.
