The Role

As a Lead Test Consultant youll bring your handson expertise to define and manage test strategies throughout the delivery lifecycle. Youll lead functional performance and automation teams while working closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

What Youll Be Doing

• Test Management: Plan manage and execute all test activities including system integration and user acceptance testing.
• RiskBased Planning: Develop test strategies with a focus on risk prioritization and mitigation.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and proactive problemsolving.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work confidently within a matrix organization managing vendor and thirdparty relationships.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide test teams fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
• NonFunctional Testing: Oversee performance and other nonfunctional test activities ensuring best practices are applied.
• Automation Awareness: Bring knowledge of test automation methodologies and best practices.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Manage and engage stakeholders effectively during UAT cycles.

• Strong test management skills with accountability for planning and execution.
• Experience in riskbased test planning and managing escalations.
• Expertise in nonfunctional testing methodologies and processes.
• Confident in stakeholder and vendor management ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• A strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• A track record of leading UAT efforts and driving process improvements.
• Experience mentoring and guiding test teams to achieve high performance.

Desirable Skills:

• Background in a consultancy environment.
• Eligible for SC Clearance.
