Salary is EUR 23800 per year gross with bonuses of up to EUR 3400 per year gross

Were looking for a creative datadriven Campaign Specialist to join a vibrant team in Barcelona. Youll play a key role in helping businesses launch their first online advertising campaigns and make a real impact on their growth.
Your Role:
As a Campaign Specialist youll work closely with a portfolio of new clients guiding them through their first steps in online advertising. Youll build relationships identify business needs and help drive their success through tailored campaign strategies. This is a targetdriven role where your efforts contribute both individually and as part of a collaborative onboarding team.
What Youll Do:

Act as a trusted advisor to help clients build and optimize their PPC campaigns

Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable marketing strategies

Increase ad spend and client satisfaction through strong relationshipbuilding

Manage a high volume of potential clients daily via phone communication
What Were Looking For:

A BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing Digital Marketing or Communications is a plus)

12 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising

Passion for achieving targets and exceeding client expectations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Solid time management and organizational abilities
-
Analytical mindset and a genuine interest in customer success

Teamoriented attitude with the flexibility to adapt in a fastmoving environment

Nativelevel Danish and high level of English
