Job Summary
Join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in sunny Valencia as a Dutch-speaking Team Leader! Youll lead inspire and develop a team of 30 support professionals while driving performance fostering growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your role will include:
Leading and mentoring a team of 30 professionals ensuring top-level performance
Managing KPIs SLAs and customer satisfaction targets
Providing coaching feedback and improvement plans
Presenting performance insights to senior management
Promoting continuous learning and career development
Building strong relationships with internal teams and partners
What youll need:
Native-level Dutch & fluent English (B2)
1 year leading customer support/service teams of similar size
Proven track record managing KPIs & SLAs
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Proactive analytical and adaptable in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with customer service tools and platforms (a plus)
