Were seeking proactive service-driven Air Travel Consultants to assist passengers with their travel needs. If youre fluent in German and English tech-savvy and ready to deliver excellent service this role lets you work remotely anywhere in Czech Republic after training.
Location: Remote anywhere in Czech Republic (on-site during training)
Employment Type: Full-time (option for part-time after 6 months)

Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for airline customers via inbound calls in German and English
Assist with bookings cancellations online check-in and travel policy guidance
Accurately log all interactions in the system
Deliver friendly efficient resolutions while meeting performance KPIs
Requirements:
Fluent German (B2) and English (B2) spoken and written
Living in Czech Republic or willing to relocate (on-site presence required for training)
Good computer skills and ability to work with online tools
Positive friendly and stress-resilient personality
Availability to work rotating shifts including nights
Stable wired internet connection (minimum 16/10 Mbps)
