The Role
As the Customer Success Associate youll be the main point of contact for the companys Merchants building strong longterm relationships and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. Youll play a key role in understanding clients business goals and tailoring payment solutions that meet their specific needs while working closely with Sales and Onboarding Teams to ensure smooth account setup. This role includes delivering training monitoring performance through financial analysis providing regular updates and reports and proactively identifying opportunities for optimisation and upselling. Your ability to respond promptly to client enquiries and maintain open consistent communication will be essential to your success.
Your Profile
You love building strong and longterm client relations. You are a motivated professional with a minimum of 2 years experience in the Payments Industry ideally within a Payment Service Provider or Fintech environment. You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic setting.
