Were growing our team in Sofia and looking for a Customer Support Specialist fluent in Czech to join a leading international company.

Location: Onsite in Sofia
Schedule: Rotating shifts (5 days/week 8hour shifts) with 2 days off
Relocation Package: Includes travel expense reimbursement
What Youll Do:

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone email and chat

Support customers with product details orders account info and troubleshooting

Log interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems

Collaborate with your team to ensure consistent highquality service

Escalate complex cases as needed and ensure timely resolution

Stay updated on products procedures and customer experience standards
What You Bring:

Fluent Czech (C2 level) verbal and written
-
English (B2) for internal communication and training
-
Customer service retail or ecommerce experience is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Organized detailoriented and solutiondriven

Comfortable in a diverse fastpaced environment
