Job Description

The Role: As part of the APJ sales team you will serve as an Enterprise BDRthe frontline catalyst for revenue growth in named accounts. Through deep research strategic outreach and consultative discovery you will build a highquality pipeline for our Account Directors based in the Australia & New Zealand territory.

We seek a driven selfstarter eager to learn and grow into a worldclass technology Account Director.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Qualify: Identify research and engage Csuite and VPlevel prospects across the named accounts.
  • Outbound Excellence:Run multichannel sequences (phone email LinkedIn video) to create new sales opportunities and exceed monthly qualified meeting targets.
  • Account Mapping:Collaborate with Account Directors to build deep account intelligence: organisation charts current technology stack pain points and buying committees.
  • Prospect & Qualify:Identify research and engage Csuite and VPlevel prospects across named accounts.
  • Outbound ExcellenceRun multichannel sequences (phone email LinkedIn video) to create new sales opportunities and exceed monthly qualified meeting targets.
  • Account Mapping: Build deep account intelligence organisation charts current technology stack pain points and buying committees.
  • Discovery: Lead firstcall discovery call uncovering pain points exploring how RecordedFuture can add value and secure a next steps meeting.
  • Collaboration:Partner closely with Enterprise Account Directors Marketing and other crossfunctional teams to craft tailored outreach campaigns.
  • CRM Hygiene:Maintain flawless data in Salesforce
  • Continuous Improvement:Leverage coaching call reviews and enablement resources to refine messaging and objectionhandling skills.

Qualifications and What we are looking for:

  • Ability to take direction be coached and mentored
  • Desire to pursue sales as a career
  • Minimum 2 years of successful outbound experience preferably in cybersecurity and SaaS product offerings
  • Proven record of surpassing pipeline or quota goals in enterprise segments.
  • Able to engage confidently with executivelevel stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Selfstarter mentality with the agility to thrive in a highgrowth datadriven culture.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
