Job Description
We are hiring! The Service Operation support team is looking for an upbeat and detail oriented Shipping Specialist to join our team in Everett! We are an extraordinary team that values and encourages teamwork problemsolving growth and development. In this role you will be a critical part of Fluke Service processes responsible for supporting the repair cells by prioritizing and routing equipment to the accurate Fluke Calibration location. Primary Responsibilities:
- Review & update customer documentation accordingly
- Coordinate & perform updates to MetSuite and Oracle as applicable
- Receive & route material to designated locations
- Maintain vital records by verifying accuracy of information on Oracle or other systems
- Assist in dock work as needed. Duties included but not limited to: opening boxes at receiving staging boxing and foaming at shipment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of material execution experience
- US Citizen or US Person status required
- Experience working with Oracle or similar ERP system and calibration tracking system
- Experience working in lean continuous improvement manufacturing environment
- Works efficiently in a collaborative team setting
- Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and is committed to producing accurate and highquality work
- Able to work a flexible schedule as required with occasional overtime to fit business needs
- Comfortable working in manufacturing environment with the ability to safely lift (>50 lbs) or move objects up to 70 lbs
