THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE:
Schedule:
This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule between 7 AM and 5 PM with flexibility within these hours.
DaytoDay:
As our Field Service Manager youll play a critical role in our service operations. With support from the CSR Youll schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls ensuring prompt response and highquality repairs. Your leadership will drive our team to excel providing training and support to technicians in the field. Managing invoicing and ensuring exceptional customer service will be key aspects of your daytoday responsibilities. Join us in delivering topnotch forklift solutions and building lasting customer relationships!
Hard Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a forklift mechanic
- 2 year of experience in field service
- Leadership & Management Experience
- Great people skills and a customercomesfirst attitude
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong timemanagement skills
- Commitment to get the job DONE.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Service Manager Experience
- Lead Technician Experience
- Factory Training
