WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR:

WHAT YOULL DO:
In this role you will process warranty claims to recover all possible reimbursement for warranty repairs working directly with Kenworth PACCAR and other associated vendors. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Enter all incoming claims as invoiced dated and workflowed into the queue.
- Update the date every time it is resent to warranty from the service departments.
- File Warranty claims for Paccar Cummins Eaton Allison and CAT manufacturers.
- Documenting cases with any information that is needed or being requested from the Parts and Service departments.
- Monitor and update claims through the PACCAR Registration and Warranty System.
- File all Active Transport Body Shop claims through Vagus.
While this role is inoffice this team member may work out of any Western Washington Region Pape Kenworth branch with available office space.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Familiarity with Outlook Word Excel and the ability to learn new programs.
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
- Mechanical knowledge.
- Warranty experience
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fastpaced teamoriented environment and adapt to change.
Compensation: $28.8436.16/hr (Depending on Experience)
