Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
- 5 years Experience in documenting application architectures in an enterprise IT environment equivalent in size and complexity to the Government of Alberta.
- 5 years Experience in planning designing implementing and supporting platform solutions in an enterprise IT environment equivalent in size and complexity to the Government of Alberta.
- 5 years Experience leading complex (multistakeholder and multitechnology) projects.
- 5 years Experience working in IT within the Healthcare industry
- 2 years Experience providing strategic advice related to organizational structure roles and skillsets required to ensure successful delivery of public sector outcomes.
- 2 years Demonstrated experience with data integration between clinical applications in the Canadian eHealth environment.
- 2 years Experience in contributing or developing application architecture standards and guidelines.
- 2 years Experience with Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR).
- 2 years Experience with written and verbal communications including specific experience in drafting strategic business and technical documentation.
