Description:
The Assistant Football Coach willhelp organize in conjunction with the Director of Athletics all aspects of the Football program.
Programspecific duties include the development and teaching of all offensive and defensive tactics as well as the philosophies and values associated with the program while intentionally building a positive and inclusive team culture; planning and implementing practice sessions with a roster of roughly 55 athletes from grades 912; gameday management both home and away in a professional manner; coordinating with and leading all coordinators and position coaches; leading all video scouting efforts and leading all film sessions with coaches and players; and representing Burlington High School Football at all ML12 events and meetings.
