The Role
The Revenue Operations & Compensation Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency ensuring accurate compensation and supporting strategic decisionmaking across sales and revenuegenerating teams. This role focuses on analyzing sales performance data maintaining compensation plans and supporting the endtoend sales compensation process to ensure alignment with company goals.
