What Youll Do
- Conduct assessments like VB-MAPP ABLLS-R Functional Assessments and more
- Create individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Train and supervise behavior technicians using evidence-based strategies
- Track client progress and update programs as needed
- Collaborate with caregivers to support long-term success

Youre a Great Fit If You Have:
- Masters degree in ABA Psychology Education or related field
- BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- At least 2 years experience working with children with autism (preferred)
- Passion for helping others integrity and a strong ethical foundation
