Early Learning Connections a private nonprofit United Way affiliate was founded in 1973. The mission of the Early Learning Connections is to provide a variety of highquality early learning programs that foster a safe and positive culture through kindness and respect to meet the comprehensive needs of families.
As a new Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher at Early Learning Connections you will be responsible for creating and implementing ageappropriate lesson plans maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for the children and communicating effectively with parents and colleagues. Your daytoday activities will include engaging children in educational activities promoting socialemotional development and documenting childrens progress. You will collaborate with the team to uphold the highest standards of care and education while supporting the individual needs of each child.

To excel as an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher at Early Learning Connections you should possess a deep understanding of child development and early childhood education principles. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with young children parents and colleagues. Patience creativity and adaptability are key traits that will help you navigate the dynamic environment of a childcare setting. Familiarity with educational software or tools such as Teaching Strategies Gold or Brightwheel may be beneficial in documenting childrens progress and communicating with families.
