What does a Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher ITCS do
As a new Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher at Early Learning Connections you will be responsible for creating and implementing ageappropriate lesson plans maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for the children and communicating effectively with parents and colleagues. Your daytoday activities will include engaging children in educational activities promoting socialemotional development and documenting childrens progress. You will collaborate with the team to uphold the highest standards of care and education while supporting the individual needs of each child.

Would you be a great Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher ITCS
To excel as an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher at Early Learning Connections you should possess a deep understanding of child development and early childhood education principles. Patience creativity and adaptability are key traits that will help you navigate the dynamic environment of a childcare setting. QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred:
- Completion of an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree in early childhood education child development and experience with young children.
Minimum:
- An associate degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education child development special education elementary education the human services field or a CDA with 2 years experience working with young children.
