We are seeking a Patient Care Representative to join our clients locally owned business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all tasks and communication related to the intake of patient information for durable medical equipment and services. This role involves interacting with patients/clients coworkers and referral sources to ensure exceptional patient services.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone fax email and in person.
Provide accurate valid and complete information to customers.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer needs concerns and inquiries.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of professionalism politeness and patience at all times.
Skills:
Proficient in data entry.
Proficient in Excel and Word
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
Ability to analyze situations and provide suitable solutions.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle phone calls with professionalism politeness and patience.
Previous experience in Durable Medical Equipment or healthcare customer service utilizing analysis skills to improve customer satisfaction.
Monday through Thursday: 8 AM 4 PM Friday: 8 AM 2 PM PTO package is offered but no medical benefits at this time. Can assist in finding great coverage. $4245k annual salary
