Job Description
We are hiring on behalf of our partner a globally recognized company in the insurance and brokerage sector. We are looking for a Claims Executive who will be responsible for managing nonmotor claim processes and coordinating with international stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and register claim notifications in internal systems
- Monitor claims and related expenses through structured reporting
- Track and ensure timely collections and payments related to claims
- Follow up with reinsurers regarding overdue claim calls
- Conduct periodic reconciliations with the finance team
- Communicate effectively with international stakeholders both verbally and in writing
- Maintain filing and documentation according to company standards
- Support other operational claimrelated tasks as outlined in internal procedures
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or Economics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or claims departments within insurance or brokerage companies
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Fluent in English both written and spoken this is a must
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools
