Job Overview:
Sparsh Innovators Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Tally Software Consultant to provide implementation training and support services to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Tally software accounting principles and business processes. This role requires excellent communication and problemsolving skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tally Implementation:
- Understand client business requirements and map them to Tally functionalities.
- Install configure and customize Tally software to meet client needs.
- Migrate data from existing systems to Tally.
- Ensure smooth and successful implementation of Tally at client locations.
- Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for client staff on using Tally effectively.
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients via phone email and onsite visits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tallyrelated issues.
- Develop and maintain training materials and documentation.
- Consulting and Business Analysis:
- Analyze client business processes and identify areas for improvement using Tally.
- Provide recommendations on best practices for using Tally.
- Assist clients with report generation and analysis.
- Stay updated on the latest Tally features and updates.
- Sales Support (Occasionally):
- Assist the sales team with technical demonstrations of Tally.
- Provide presales support by answering client queries about Tally functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Tally Consultant with a strong understanding of Tally ERP 9 and/or Tally Prime.
- Indepth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in data migration and implementation of Tally.
- Tally certifications are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client locations within Bangalore and potentially other areas as needed.
