Job Description

This is a remote position.

As a Digital Marketing Analyst with a focus on influencer marketing you will play a key role in identifying vetting and managing influencer partnerships that align with our brand s identity customer demographics and commercial goals. You ll collaborate closely with marketing brand and sales teams to design and execute influencer campaigns that drive awareness engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Discovery & Vetting
  • Research identify and evaluate micro and macro influencers who align with our brand values target audience and campaign goals.
  • Analyze audience demographics engagement metrics and past campaign performance to ensure strong brandfit partnerships.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Develop influencer campaign briefs aligned with product launches brand storytelling and seasonal promotions.
  • Coordinate content timelines creative direction and deliverables with influencers and internal teams.
  • Negotiate partnership terms rates and contracts with influencers and/or their agents.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using platforms such as Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager and influencer tools (e.g. CreatorIQ Upfluence GRIN).
  • Generate performance reports extract actionable insights and iterate strategy based on KPIs (engagement rate impressions reach ROI conversions etc.).
Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with content creators to encourage longterm collaborations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for influencer communication and issue resolution.


Requirements

Experience with Influencer Marketing
  • Proven track record in identifying vetting and managing influencer partnerships including both micro and macro influencers.
Strong Analytical Skills
  • Ability to analyze influencer performance metrics (engagement rate audience demographics ROI conversions) using tools like Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager and influencer platforms (e.g. CreatorIQ GRIN Upfluence).
Campaign Management Expertise
  • Experience developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns from writing creative briefs to coordinating timelines and deliverables.
Negotiation and Communication Skills
  • Skilled in negotiating contracts and partnership terms with influencers or agents and serving as a liaison between influencers and internal teams.
RelationshipBuilding Ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build longterm relationships with content creators and manage ongoing communication and collaboration.

Education & Experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 1 3 years of experience in e-commerce, online merchandising, or digital content management. Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (experience with Odoo is a strong plus). Basic image editing and optimization skills (e.g., using tools like Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent). Familiarity with product catalog management, pricing structures, and promotional tools. Understanding of SEO best practices and digital merchandising principles. Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing product data and promotions. Ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Experience monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with operations or supply chain teams. Communication & Collaboration: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly marketing and sales. Comfortable generating and tracking sales opportunities such as abandoned cart leads. Other: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and content accuracy.

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
