Our client is a topnotch insurance company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Strategic Leadership
Formulate and execute a wellaligned product development strategy that supports the company s vision and meets evolving market needs.
Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to uncover opportunities for innovation and to set the company s offerings apart.
Team Management
Direct inspire and support a highperforming product development team fostering innovation and accountability.
Lead efforts in hiring onboarding and developing team members to build strong capabilities.
Regulatory Compliance
Make sure all products comply with regulations particularly those set by Vietnam s Ministry of Finance.
Track legislative updates and adapt product strategies to maintain full compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with crossfunctional teams (e.g. actuarial legal marketing and sales) to ensure smooth and integrated product development.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and regulatory authorities to streamline product approval and market entry.
Product Lifecycle Management
Manage products from concept through launch and beyond ensuring they remain competitive and effective in the market.
Establish mechanisms for ongoing product enhancement using market insights and performance data.
Requirements
A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Insurance or a closely related discipline is required; a Master s degree is highly desirable.
At least 10 years of handson experience in developing life insurance products including a minimum of 5 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
Demonstrated success in collaborating with Vietnam s Ministry of Finance for product approvals and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of effectively managing and motivating crossfunctional teams.
Deep understanding of life insurance offerings and Vietnam s regulatory landscape.
Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills to address complex business challenges.
Outstanding communication and relationshipbuilding capabilities for managing both internal and external stakeholders.
Solid project management expertise with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
