About Us:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct highvolume outreach (minimum 90 cold calls per day) email campaigns and networking to generate qualified leads.
Develop and maintain relationships with facility directors administrators and key decisionmakers in the longterm care industry.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Present and promote Pinnacle s wound care services through calls virtual demos and inperson meetings.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Perform ongoing market research to identify trends competitors and emerging opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual business development targets.
Maintain accurate records of outreach interactions and pipeline progress in CRM software.
Share insights and strategic recommendations to improve lead generation and outreach effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development sales or lead generation (healthcare experience a plus).
Strong phone presence with the ability to confidently communicate value and build rapport.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Proficient with CRM software and lead tracking tools.
Selfmotivated driven and passionate about helping others through business growth.
AA/AS degree or equivalent experience in business development or sales.
