Job Description
This is a remote position.
Virtual Rockstar is hiring a Project Manager to support a rapidly growing wellness education client with their online training launches and course fulfillment. This role is central to the successful execution of online training programs ensuring every module live session email and certification flows with precision.
You ll manage team alignment launch timelines and course quality with a strong emphasis on efficiency structure and accountability.
What You ll Be Doing
Course & Module Management
Schedule and lead course launch meetings
Coordinate calendars speakers deadlines and session logistics
Ensure all content (emails sessions bonuses certificates) is launched on time
Oversee key components like transcripts surveys and testimonials
Team & Project Coordination
Manage deliverables across the team using Asana and Google Workspace
Maintain shared calendars and post weekly priorities
Follow up on assignments to keep the team moving forward
Document and update SOPs to improve workflows
Communication & Leadership
Lead daily huddles and weekly team meetings
Communicate clearly across teams to prevent misalignment
Attend leadership meetings and report key metrics
Ensure timely response to chat and email communications

Requirements
Proven experience managing projects especially in online education or fulfillment
Strong organizational and planning skills with serious attention to detail
Confident communication and leadership across remote teams
Proficiency with Asana Google Workspace and shared task systems
Selfstarter mindset who can own and drive priorities
Comfortable in a fastpaced missionoriented remote environment
Fulltime availability during Pacific Time hours preferred

Previous experience in a medical administrative role (medical assistant, medical receptionist, or similar) is preferred. Familiarity with WebPT EMR and Therabill for patient payment posting is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. High level of professionalism and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. Comfortable with remote work and proficient in using virtual communication tools. Knowledge of insurance verification and pre-authorizations is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a positive patient experience.
