We are seeking a dynamic and goaloriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing recruitment consultancy team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in telecalling and sales with a strong passion for client acquisition and relationship management. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proactively contact potential clients via phone email and other communication channels to promote recruitment services.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure longterm partnerships.
Follow up on leads and conduct regular followup activities to drive customer engagement.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and support.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to maximize client satisfaction.
Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of sales strategies.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales preferably in the HR or recruitment industry.
Proven telecalling experience with strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Targetdriven with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
