Job Description
Job Title: Water Restoration Lead
Pay: $20/hour
Hours: 3060 hours per week (varies based on demand)
Location: Tulsa OK
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Water Restoration Lead Technician with 23 years of handson experience in water mitigation restoration or construction. The ideal candidate is a selfstarter capable of managing mitigation projects from start to finish in both residential and commercial settings. Emergency/oncall availability is required as part of a rotating schedule.
Primary Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to water damage claims and assess scope of damage
Perform water mitigation services including demolition debris removal and drying procedures
Create accurate moisture mapping documentation and drying logs
Maintain clear communication with property owners and project estimators
Provide onsite leadership and direction to junior technicians
Ensure safe handling and transport of equipment debris and materials
Required Qualifications:
23 years of experience in water mitigation restoration or a related construction trade
Strong customer service and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and supervise others onsite
Must be dependable professional and able to pass a background check and MVR screening
Preferred Qualifications:
IICRC certification(s)
2 years of documented water mitigation experience
