Job Description

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial laundry equipment including washers dryers and press machines to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues and work with the team to resolve them promptly.
- Assist in repairing or replacing faulty components parts or systems as needed.
- Follow maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Document maintenance activities including work orders repairs and inventory updates.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a relevant field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Class B Manufacturing Mechanic/Technician or a similar role in an industrial setting preferably in the laundry industry.
- Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems related to industrial equipment.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and repair techniques for laundry equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals blueprints and diagrams related to industrial laundry equipment.
- Familiarity with safety practices and protocols in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to work independently while following instructions and guidelines.
