Job Description
Oversee subcontracted activity; ensure timely and quality delivery
Act as the primary customer contact daily
Responsible for scheduling productivity and quality
Manage workload/capacity and set priorities
Lead training and qualification follow-ups
Generate monthly reports based on customer needs
Coordinate task handovers among supervisors
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Lean and team management experience
Proficient in Alstom processes procedures and tools/software
