Job Description

As F&B Manager you will oversee daily operations of our restaurants bars and other food and beverage outlets. This includes managing the F&B team to ensure guests receive heartfelt care in their dining experience and that the business remains profitable. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Lead and coordinate all F&B outlets including restaurants bars room service banqueting and event catering ensuring a seamless and refined guest experience. 

  • Develop and execute the F&B strategy in alignment with the hotels brand standards and financial objectives. 

  • Ensure consistent excellence in food and beverage quality presentation and service with close attention to detail and innovation. 

  • Inspire train and manage F&B teams (chefs service staff bartenders etc.) to deliver exceptional service and embody a luxury hospitality mindset. 

  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to design and update menus that reflect seasonal trends culinary creativity and guest preferences. 

  • Oversee inventory purchasing and supplier relationships optimizing cost control and minimizing waste without compromising quality. 

  • Ensure strict compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations across all F&B operations. 

  • Act as a key point of contact for guests handling feedback and resolving any issues with professionalism and discretion. 


Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Food & Beverage leadership role within a 5-star hotel environment including involvement in at least one pre-opening project. 

  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage menu items including wine spirits and cocktails. 

  • Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and managing budgets. 

  • Flexibility in work schedule including evenings and weekends. 

  • Passion for the hospitality industry and crafting enriching experiences for customers.
