Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Jasper United States. In this role you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes improving product quality and driving efficiency in our production facilities.

  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles and quality control methodologies
  • Design and modify production layouts using CAD software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product designs
  • Conduct data analysis and utilize statistical tools to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage projects related to process improvements and new product introductions
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot manufacturing issues
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects
  • Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to management

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks)
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes lean principles and quality control methodologies
  • Experience with process improvement and optimization techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles
  • Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other manufacturing sites as needed
